This team is in charge of making sure all of our print leaves our production facility in a timely manner, to the right address and at the high standard of quality our customers expect. The Warehouse & Dispatch team use their keen eye for detail and an ability to prioritise tasks is essential for our promise of being a quick turnaround printer.

What does your role involve?
As a dispatch operative, my role involves making sure all orders are packed and ready to be dispatched. It involves a lot of co-ordination and communication with my team and a robust process so everything runs smoothly.What’s the best bit about your job?
The best part of my job has to be the people I work with. We all get on so well – which is really one of the keys to our success, we all want to do the best job we can, not just for ourselves and our customers, but for each other.Why do you enjoy working for Bluetree Group?

In a nutshell, I make sure orders are correct – that they’re boxed correctly, with the right label, with the right address. And then they’re all ready for dispatch!What’s the best bit about your job?

My role involves finding print jobs that are finished in production and make sure they’re sent to dispatch so they’re sent off to our customers on time.What’s the best bit about your job?
It has to be the people I work with, it’s a nice team atmosphere and everyone looks after each other. You feel like everyone’s working towards the same goal.Why do you enjoy working for Bluetree Group?
I feel like they look after you and make sure everyone gets involved. The managers always get stuck in and they make sure you feel included with the rest of the company through quarterly team building events. All of this makes you feel like you’re a valued member of the team.
