Our printing process runs like a well-oiled machine thanks to our eagle-eyed System Development team. To make sure we’re at the forefront of the printing industry, we need to make sure gaps are spotted and fixes are made as soon as possible. As well as finding any inefficiencies, this team also develops the apps and software we use to overcome them.
What does your role involve? As Workflow Specialist, my role involves automating stages throughout the business to deal with the vast number of job orders we get per week. I also work closely with production teams to optimise impositions ready for print and put all the marks on the printed file to ensure it can run through production as smooth as possible.
