Playing an essential role in the company, our printing teams are all experts at what they do. Working in a fast-paced environment (our state-of-the-art print production facility), our highly-skilled machine operatives keep print jobs on track, ensure machines are operating at full capacity and that the quality we pride ourselves in is as high as possible.

What does your role involve?
I have a number of different responsibilities as part of my role. We send out samples to customers so they know what to expect, and I pack these and use the inserter machines. I also operate our Duplo 746 which is a digital print finishing machine. I’ve also recently started as a trainee stitcher.
What’s the best bit about your job?
I’m currently loving the stitching side of my job. I love getting to learn how to use new machines, and Bluetree give you the opportunity to train and grow as an employee.
Why do you enjoy working for Bluetree Group?
It’s great to be part of a company that’s seeing such huge growth. The forefront of the printing industry is an exciting place to be! I also love being able to try and train in different areas within the company. It means that my role is never repetitive and no day is ever the same.
