Our direct sales team plays a huge role in helping larger businesses order bespoke print to better fit their needs. They’re the team in charge of introducing Bluetree Group to these businesses, quoting specific job prices and assisting them in ordering fuss-free, high-quality print. As print experts, they help our customers find the perfect products for their needs.
What does your role involve?I introduce new clients to our business, including building an understanding of how we can help make their print journey as hassle free as possible. I also have the pleasure of liaising with my existing clients, and assisting them with other printing requirements they may have.
What’s the best bit about your job?The people I work with are unbelievable and I’ve never worked with a more understanding, ambitious, talented and enthusiastic team in my career. It’s such a supportive environment and everyone has the same positive mindset.

What does your role involve?My role involves learning as much about the printing process as possible, from artwork all the way through to delivery logistics, so that I can problem solve for our customers. Here on the Direct Sales team we aim to make print buying as easy as possible, whether this is for our customers placing one off orders, or the medium and large companies who require more complex solutions.
What’s the best bit about your job?It’s definitely receiving the call from our clients to let us know the print has arrived and looks fantastic! It’s always satisfying to hear how the finished product is helping our customers in their own businesses after working hard to ensure an order goes through our production facility as smoothly as possible.
Why do you enjoy working for Bluetree Group?I am very proud to work for a company which has volunteered to pay the Real Living Wage to all its employees. This is also the first company I have really felt I belong; we work very hard towards a common goal to be the best in our field, but there isn’t the corporate atmosphere that I’ve experienced elsewhere. We have a casual dress code and an open plan office space, which helps to breed a culture in which everyone is approachable and on the same level.
What does your role involve?My role involves supporting our Account Management team behind the scenes. This can be anything from helping with quotes and placing orders to supporting our customers and answering any feedback and queries.
What’s the best bit about your job?By working closely with the rest of the team, I always feel like I’m making a huge contribution to the whole business. I also feel like my contribution is extremely valued.
Why do you enjoy working for Bluetree Group?I love that there’s a lot of effort put in to making Bluetree Group a fun and exciting place to work where we feel like a family. We frequently have team days out and fun activities during work time too, like bake sales, raffles and paid lunches.
