Harry, Customer Service Advisor

What does your role involve?

My role predominantly involves answering customers queries and solving any problems that might have occurred during their print journey via the phone and over email. I also play a role in instantprint’s Trustpilot page, getting in contact with customers who haven’t felt satisfied with or gotten what they wanted from us to find out how we can make it right.

What does your role involve?

For me, it’s the variation. No two days are the same and each day brings a fresh new challenge – whether that’s a complex complaint or working on a new project, each day is so different.

What does your role involve?

I am a Team Leader for the instantprint Customer Services Team. I oversee the day-to-day running of my team, to make them feel motivated to do the best job possible for our customers. We support our customers through calls, email and livechat and it’s my job to make sure we’re answering all queries in a speedy and efficient manner.

What’s the best bit about your job?

I love watching my team grow and develop. They make it very easy for me because they’re great people to work with! I love being able to interact and collaborate with other departments within the business too – seamless communication means a seamless print journey for our customers.

Why do you enjoy working for Bluetree Group?

I’ve worked here for 5 years now and the bit I still enjoy the most is knowing you’re coming into work to be surrounded by such nice people. Every department works for each other and we’re all happy to help out where needed. Getting up in a morning isn’t difficult because you know you’re going to have a fun day!

What does your role involve?

My role involves overseeing our Account Management teams, both to ensure that we are working as efficiently as possible and that the team are happy but also very importantly so that we are giving the very best service to all of our clients. This includes doing coaching, training and projects for improvement within the team.

What’s the best bit about your job?

The best bit about my job is that every day is different! One day I can be doing recruitment for a new team member or doing training sessions with my team and the next I could be speaking to clients, gaining feedback from them and looking to improve their experience.

Why do you enjoy working for Bluetree Group?

I enjoy working for Bluetree because of the people who work here and how valued everyone is. The values the team show on a daily basis are great and it really does make the business an enjoyable place to work. I now consider many of my colleagues as close friends!

Luke Ringsell, Account Manager

What does your role involve?

My role involves looking after a team of three Account Executives, which involves monthly coaching sessions and regular 1-2-1s. If there are any challenges or issues, as a team we put actions in place to solve them. I also have to look after my clients, so if there are any issues that need dealing with, I follow these up and make sure any problems are rectified as soon as possible so we can give our clients the best experience we possibly can.

What’s the best bit about your job?

The best bit about my role is being able to have an influence on how we run things in our department on a day-to-day basis. I also love being able to pass my knowledge onto my team and watch them grow as individuals.
