What does your role involve?

My role predominantly involves answering clients queries and solving any problems that might have occurred during their print journey via the phone and over email. I also play a role in instantprint’s Trustpilot page, getting in contact with clients who haven’t felt satisfied with or gotten what they wanted from us to find out how we can make it right.

What does your role involve?

For me, it’s the variation. No two days are the same and each day brings a fresh new challenge – whether that’s a complex complaint or working on a new project, each day is so different.

What does your role involve?

My role as a Client Services Team Leader is to support, learn, encourage and empower my team. Providing an atmosphere where my team feel confident, knowledgeable and empowered is so important to help them to feel motivated to provide a world class service to our Clients.

What’s the best bit about your job?

Seeing the team grow and develop. Not just in work but in their personal lives too! They’re all amazing individuals and I’m so proud how far each and every one of them have come. It’s great seeing them building bonds and how comfortable they all are with each other. They all want to do their best to help each other and our clients. It’s also amazing seeing the brand and the business grow too!

Why do you enjoy working for Bluetree Group?

I have two main reasons.
One is the people! It’s so nice to work in a place where someone you’ve not met before walks pasts and smiles at you and says “Morning!”. Everyone’s more than happy to go out of their way to help you and nothing’s ever too much to ask. I’ve never worked at place with so many inspiring and encouraging people.
The second is the constant change. When I first started working here I just knew this company was going places and it has. It’s so fast adapting, the future always looks exciting and everyone gets to be a part of the journey.

What does your role involve?

I lead our Client Services team to provide our clients with the best experience when they get in touch. This means providing continuous training, coaching and support to ensure we have a team of world-class print experts who are keen and confident to handle any query that comes their way.

What’s the best bit about your job?

The best part of my job is how collaborative and supportive the team I work with are, everyone is eager to contribute ideas and support on projects.

What does your role involve?

My role as a Senior Account Manager involves supporting multiple clients with their printing requirements. This involves a wide range of activities to ensure that I understand their needs and provide them with the required information and additional suggestions or alternatives to allow them to make an informed choice on what is best for them and their business to help its growth. As one of the most tenured members of staff, I’m called upon to share my industry knowledge with newer colleagues to also help them support their clients.

What’s the best bit about your job?

The best bit of the role is seeing a project completed to the client’s satisfaction knowing that you have been a part of that project at every stage of its journey. It’s great to be on site with the production facility which allows us to be an integral part of the process.

I’ve worked at Bluetree for nearly 4 years now and can’t recall working for another business that helps to support and develop people in the way Bluetree does. That working environment is fantastic, and colleagues become friends from the very start.
