We’re dedicated to providing a hassle-free online printing service where customers feel empowered to order print – knowing it’ll arrive right first time. As part of this, we offer a free studio service that makes sure artwork is set up correctly and to offer advice regarding best practice for designing for print.
Sharon, Studio Manager
What does your role involve?
As Studio Manager I plan for the future, what I want the team and artwork roles to look like in 6, 12, 18 months and so on… How we can impact our clients and be more efficient for them. This isn’t always about how to be the quickest, or to produce the most, but how we can make a proofing journey as smooth as possible, with no issues for the client. I manage the flow of work through our Studio queues, ensuring the day to day workload is running as efficiently as possible.
What’s the best bit about your job?
My favourite bit about my job is knowing that all my team feel happy coming to me if they have any issues inside or outside of work. We’re a close-knit team who support each other through any challenges. I also love having the freedom to come up with my own ideas of how to make Studio more efficient!
Why do you enjoy working for Bluetree Group?
The people! The people are what makes Bluetree Group. I work alongside likeminded people that are always willing to learn more. We also have regular team socials which are great fun and really gets the wider team together. I have made some great friends at Bluetree Group and there are never any dull moments.
Jess, instantprint Studio Manager
What does your role involve?
I oversee the Studio team on the instantprint side of the business, which includes overseeing our Proofing team and Personal Artworkers. My teams are responsible for checking and setting up artwork as well as giving advice to customers regarding this.
What’s the best bit about your job?
For me, it’s the atmosphere. We’re like a family, so you always feel comfortable going to other teams across the business to work collaboratively on projects. Taking part in charity events is one of the ways we solidify these strong co-worker relationships – and they’re really fun!
Why do you enjoy working for Bluetree Group?
I learn something new almost every day. The training opportunities are fantastic, and we’re always made to feel like experts in whatever we do – whether that’s through product training, learning about our printing machines or new processes.
